Hades – Review
Supergiant, a production house known for its preference of quality over quantity, has recently had the official launch of their rogue-like dungeon crawler, Hades. Hades spent a fair deal of time in early access and Supergiant really did use this time well to release a near flawless game with a challenged, yet rewarding, combat system, […]

Outriders is the latest game from a popular game developer known for bringing us games like Life is Strange, Tomb Raider, Just Cause and Final Fantasy – Square Enix. Background Around the middle of the 21st Century, mankind has destroyed and decimated the planet we call home (although the game itself admits that it […]
Cyberpunk 2077 – Review
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you all should have by now at least heard, if not seen, what Cyberpunk 2077 is, and how it’s fared since launch. So, this review is a little different since the game has been out since the 10th of December 2020, after MANY delays and reschedules. This game, […]
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – Review
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the 12th (not looking at you Chronicles) and latest edition to join the ranks of the highly accredited franchise. Without leaning too heavily into the obvious, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, from here on out just referred to as Valhalla, brings the Viking raids of England during the Middle Ages to life and […]
Mafia I Definitive Edition – Review
The remade and revamped Mafia Trilogy ends where it began – with Mafia I. And it’s a peach. Where the remade and repackaged Mafia II and III titles that were released earlier this year may have left a foul taste in the mouths of some fans of the series, Mafia I definitely picks up the […]
Command and Conquer Remastered Collection – Review
Throwback to 1999 school holidays in a small town. It’s been a few years since the original Red Alert game has been released but I’d just saved up enough pocket money to buy a new video game from my nearby Game Store. No – not video game store (those didn’t exist in my town then) […]
Mafia III Definitive Edition – Review
2K Games have taken on the task of releasing their MAFIA series as a newly “boxed” MAFIA TRILOGY, although their order seems a bit off. The Definitive Editions of MAFIA II and Mafia III dropped first, with the remaster of the original game dropping on the 27th of August this year. MAFIA III originally released […]
Civilization 6 – Review
HUGE MEGA shout out to PRIMA INTERACTIVE for this one, they took ME WAAAAAAAY back to when I was younger, did I really just say that out loud? Anyway, I was very excited to play this game as the last Civilization game I played….was 1…YES, people the original 8-bit graphics and weird noises. In case […]
Farm Simulator 2019 – Review
YEE HAA ya’ll, in this review I got the opportunity to play Farm Simulator 2019 platinum edition and from first glance, I knew I was in a hayride of a time. The opening scene of a man with his best doggo driving to the farm barn to retrieve the tractor for a hard day’s […]
GRID 2019 – Review
Codemasters, as a developer, has long since prided itself on keeping their games, cars, tracks and mechanics as true to real life as possible, putting them more in the sim racer category than in the arcade racer one, and the same is true with the latest game from them. GRID 2019 (as it has come […]
